Overview

Temi Badru is a Nigerian lawyer, journalist, and compere for high-profile events. With expertise spanning broadcast media, public speaking, corporate event hosting, and legal consultancy, she has built a reputation as a dynamic and engaging speaker.

Her experience includes moderating events for organizations such as the German Embassy, World Bank, and Lagos Business School, where she has facilitated discussions involving participants from multiple countries. She is a Royal African Young Leadership Award recipient from the Ooni of Ife and was recognized as one of Nigeria’s 100 Most Powerful Under-40 by YNaija.

 

Project Scope

Temi approached us for a new brand identity as she transitioned from her maiden name to her new name. This shift coincided with an evolution in her career, necessitating a fresh, professional, and personal brand that reflected her influence, credibility, and aspirations.

 I first met Temi in 2016 when she anchored an event where I was a speaker. Our paths crossed again in 2017 at the U.S. Department of State’s Young African Leadership Initiative (YALI) West Africa fellowship, where we were selected for our leadership potential.
I remember her engaging deeply in a personal branding session I facilitated during the fellowship—an early sign of her commitment to mastering communication and storytelling.

Today, she is a phenomenal voice of change and impact in Nigeria. It was a privilege to craft an identity that aligns with her evolving career and growing influence.
